The Iowa Research, Commerce & Technology Park is located at the intersection of Interstate 80 and U.S. Highway 61 in the City of Davenport, Iowa. Phase I consists of 120 acres with 22 sites ranging in size from 1.3 acres to 28.4 acres. Several of the IRCT sites have excellent visibility from these roadways.

The average daily traffic count is 38,900 on Interstate 80 and 36,000 on U.S. Highway 61 based on June 2005 annual average weekday traffic counts, provided by the Bi-State Regional Commission.  This corridor has experienced considerable growth in the last several years, and is expected to continue to do so.

    IRCT boasts many amenities to its site. There is a pond and landscaped area in the boulevard of the intersection of Research Parkway and Harrison street.
